Q: How long does it take to complete the Dubsado setup?
A: Your Dubsado setup will be complete within 4 weeks after the initial workflow planning meeting has taken place, as long as you complete all of your allocated questionnaires on time. Missed deadlines may delay your setup, and additional fees may apply to reschedule the build.
Q: Who is this service for?
A: The Dubsado Setup is best suited to creative service-based businesses who already have a clear client experience established, or at minimum, a solid idea of what they want it to be. This is a fully hands-off approach, so you need to be comfortable with leaving me to work my magic in your account.
Q: Do I need to have any prior knowledge of Dubsado for this service?
A: Nope! This service is designed to cater to all levels of Dubsado familiarity. Whether you're a seasoned user or just starting, I'll guide you through the process, ensuring you feel confident and in control. It is recommended that you have a really solid idea of how your services work and the processes you take to complete them though.
Q: Do you provide any training or support as part of the Dubsado setup service?
A: In your offboarding, I will walk you through your entire Dubsado setup and common tasks you'll find useful, but I do not provide general training in how to use Dubsado. Your Client Support Guide will guide you towards customized videos I'll record for you, as well as Dubsado training videos and tutorials that I recommend so that you can learn more in your own time. You'll also have a 4 week support period after the build wraps up while you get to grips with your new system too!
