Step 1 | Pre-Day Planning
Before the VIP Day, you complete a short questionnaire outlining your current workflows and priorities.
We also schedule a 1-hour planning call so we can define the exact scope for the day.
Step 2 | Implementation Day
During the VIP Day, I work directly inside your ClickUp workspace to build or restructure your workflows.
This may include dashboards, templates, task structures, or process improvements.
Step 3 | Support
After the build is complete, you receive:
• a walkthrough video explaining the system
• tutorials or documentation
• fourteen days of email support for follow-up questions
